In most cases, the rubber hose wears out with age and the aluminum or steel fittings and tube assemblies on the ends can be reused. Our technicians will cut off the old ends and reuse them by brazing or welding them to new fittings and installing them on a brand new hose.
While we are able to perform this service on most a/c and power steering hose assemblies, there are some exceptions, so it’s best to consult a member of our sales team before bringing in your hose.

The process we use for both power steering and AC hoses involves reusing the metal tube assembly and replacing the rubber hose, which is normally what wears out. If the metal tubing itself is damaged then usually you will have to check with a dealer or a salvage yard for a replacement.
