EPDM would be the best material for those temperatures. We have it in 3/16" thickness on rolls that are 36" wide and sell it by the foot.

I need a 3/16" or so thick rubber sheet, 1' x 1.5', for shock-mounting a radiator so it would need to take temperatures up to 210 degrees or so and remain flexible down to 25 degrees, and be resistant to antifreeze and oil.

I would only have gum rubber in the natural tan color, not in black. Would you be able to use that?

If so, we have it on rolls that are 36" wide and sell it by the foot, so the least you could buy would be 12" x 36".

Let me know if you have any other questions or need pricing.

What I have for making gaskets is flat sheet rubber and flat non-asbestos material for high temp applications. Is the gasket you are looking at something flat that will be bolted between two flanges, or something like that, or is it the cushioned gasket like what you see on a oven door?

For a gasket inside of a water pump you should be fine with either neoprene or red rubber. We have both of those materials in different thicknesses on rolls and sell them by the foot. Let me know what you need and we can take care of you.
