1. Why isn’t your price list online?

Due to continuing price changes from our vendors, it is impossible to make changes on 18,000 different units on a daily basis.

2. Do you deliver?

We have sales people that can make a delivery if they are going to be in your area.

3. How can I find out how much shipping and freight will cost?

You would need to contact us.

4. Do you carry metric fittings?

We carry both metric couplings and adapters.

5. What types of automotive hoses do you make?

We make AC, power steering, and brake lines.

6. Do you remove and replace hoses on vehicles?

No. Our insurance coverage does not allow this.

7. Do you do fuel injection hoses?

No.

8. Do you have an emergency repair service?

No.

9. Are you able to special order items that are not normally stocked?

Please call and discuss this with one of our sales people.

10. Can I return an item and is there a restocking fee?

Depending on the item, we can normally take a return. It must be in saleable condition, not a special order, and not a custom built hose. If the item is returned within a few days there is usually no restocking fee.

No.

12. Do you have more than one location?

Yes, we have three locations. You can visit us in Orlando, Tampa, and Miami.

13. What are your business hours?

Our Orlando store is open 7:30am to 5:00pm, and all other stores are open 8:00am to 5:00pm.

14. Are you open on Saturdays?

No.

15. Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards.

16. How can I get a copy of a past invoice or an account statement?

Please contact our Accounts Receivable department at the location you use.

17. How do I apply for a credit account?

We have a credit application to be filled out. We can fax or email this to you.

We can email or fax your invoices and monthly statements. Are you signed up?

Yes, we have a monthly newsletter called Amazon Connections. You can sign up by filling out the form on our website.
