1. Why don’t all of the products have prices listed?

Due to some the custom nature of the hose assemblies that we fabricate, each requires a price quote. We are always more than happy to give quotes by phone or email.

2. Do you deliver?

We let the experts take care of delivery! We utilize the services of UPS and other freight carriers and have found that our customers experience reliable delivery at competitive rates.

3. How can I find out how much shipping and freight will cost?

Our experienced staff of Inside Sales Representatives will be happy to provide you with a quote showing freight cost for your specific purchase.

4. Do you carry metric fittings?

Yes, we carry both metric couplings and adapters.

5. What types of automotive hoses do you make?

Our Service Technicians are fully trained in making A/C hose lines, power steering lines and brake lines, which we fully test prior to selling to our customers. We also sell automotive exhaust hose.

6. Do you remove and replace hoses on vehicles?

Unfortunately, due to restrictions placed on us, we are not able to remove or install hoses on any vehicles at this time. Once the hose is removed, you or your mechanic may bring the hose to our counter for a replacement that will match or improve the performance of your vehicle.

7. Do you do fuel injection hoses?

This is not within our area of expertise, so we do not provide any fuel injection hoses.

8. Do you have an emergency repair service?

Yes, we do have a 24-7 emergency repair service in each of our locations for registered customers. Please contact the VP of Sales of the store closest to you to be set up in our system.

9. Are you able to special order items that are not normally stocked?

Absolutely! Our Inside Sales Representatives have access to over 300 product lines to special order and satisfy our customer needs.

10. Can I return an item and is there a restocking fee?

One of our Core Promises is, “It works or we take it back, no questions asked.” The only exception is, on custom orders, all sales are final. Our warranty for hose defects is 90 days and we are always here to take care of our customers. Bring your hose in and we will get it fixed!

11. Do you rent hose?

Amazon does not rent hoses at this time. You may want to check the local rental equipment companies in your area. Feel free to call us for recommendations.

12. Do you have more than one location?

Yes, Amazon Hose and Rubber Company has four service locations to better serve our customers! They are located in Orlando, South Orlando, Tampa and Miami. Find a location near you.

13. What are your business hours?

Each of our locations have the following hours of operation:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST

14. Are you open on Saturdays?

No.

15. Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. Cash and checks are also accepted.

16. How can I get a copy of a past invoice or an account statement?

We keep good records! The best procedure is to contact our Corporate Credit Department in Orlando at 407-843-8190, and ask them to send you a copy of the information you are requesting.

17. How do I apply for a credit account?

There are three ways to apply for credit. First, you can download a credit application from our website. Second, you can call 407-843-8190 and ask them to send you a credit application via mail, email or fax. Or we can have one of our Territory Managers drop one off to you in person.

18. Interested in going green?

Yes, we are! Amazon Hose over the past several years has reduced our monthly paper statements by 65%. Please contact our Corporate Credit Department so we can help you go paperless and reduce environmental issues.
