- Ends: Standard one 3/8″ male pipe solid end and one 3/8″ male pipe swivel end with bend restrictors.
Clean Master 4000 is our mid-grade pressure washer hose, manufactured by Gates Rubber and has the following features:
- Recommended For: Heavy-duty use on hot and cold water high pressure cleaning equipment where heavy duty service is
required. - Caution: Use Bend Restrictors to extend service life. Not recommended for steam service.
- Temperature: -40°F to +250°F (-40°C to +121°C). Laboratory tested for normal service. Increased operating temperatures will reduce hose assembly service life.
- Tube: Type C (Nitrile). Black. Specially compounded to handle high pressure water service.
Reinforcement: High tensile steel two-wire braid.
Cover: Type C2 (Modified Nitrile). Black, Blue, Gray, Yellow. Specially compounded to handle pressure washer environment. (Blue, Gray and Yellow covers are non-marking). - Branding: Continuous transfer label. Example: “Gates® Clean Master™ Pressure Wash 4000 Not For Steam Service Made In U.S.A.”
Galvanator 3000 is our high-grade pressure washer hose, manufactured by Continental ContiTech and has the following features:
- Application: For pressure washer equipment. Its rust-resistant reinforcement and superior abrasion-resistant cover provides
maximum protection against adverse effects of water, oil and animal fats. - Tube: Nitrile synthetic rubber
- Cover: Yellow or Black Carbryn™ synthetic rubber (wrapped finish), ORS, RMA Class A (High Oil Resistance)
- Reinforcement: Braided (2) steel wires
- Temperature Range: -20°F to 250°F (-29°C to 121°C)
- Branding: Galvanator® 3000 3/8″ (9.5mm) 3000 psi (20.7 MPa). Made in U.S.A.
